Amit Saxena is the President and General Counsel at HCL Infosystems Limited and its group companies. With over 25 years of experience in legal practice, he has a deep understanding of sectors like manufacturing, healthcare, IT, telecom, aviation, real estate, and infrastructure. Amit has managed legal affairs across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, specializing in litigation, compliance, contract management, and corporate affairs.

He has held senior legal positions at prominent companies including GMR Group, Tata Teleservices, and Idea Cellular. Amit is an alumnus of CCS University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science. He has also pursued advanced management and law degrees, including an LL.M. in Business and Commercial Laws from Sabarmati University and a Master in Business Laws from the National Law School of India University.
