Rohan, an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, brings over 15 years of post-qualification experience in managing complex, multi jurisdictional disputes. His practice covers a wide range of areas, including commercial disputes, information technology, intellectual property, gaming and real estate. Rohan has advised and represented both foreign and domestic clients on numerous legal and regulatory matters, such as intermediary liability, gaming, infringement and passing off actions, contractual disputes, insolvency, and real estate disputes. His extensive experience spans various industries, allowing him to handle diverse corporate and legal issues adeptly. Rohan frequently appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Bombay High Court, and other courts and tribunals across Delhi NCR, providing strategic legal counsel and representation.
